Tours Airport to Angers

Question:
I hope to be arriving in Tours Airport on a Sunday with a bunch of friends and with our kids. We are trying to find the cheapest way to Angers where we hook up with more friends for a cycling trip. I’d appreciate your thoughts.

I suggest taking the airport shuttle and then the train.
If you are flying with Ryanair there is an airport shuttle (€5 per person) that will take you from the airport to the Tours train stations.
Then take a train from Tours to Angers. The trip takes about an hour and costs about €18 one way. You don’t need to make a reservation but you can if you like from Rail Europe.
